New Dimension Worldwide Christian Fellowship (NDWCF) has its roots in Pentecostalism but embraces an eclectic doctrine. Our core objective is to preach the whole gospel to the whole person. We believe that this doctrine is outlined in 3 John 2, which states, "Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth."
In 2019, Refuge Temple of Praise Church was relaunched as New Dimension Worldwide Christian Fellowship with a renewed focus on world missions. That same year, Bishop Nelson McMillan connected with Pastor Gabriel Onsonga from Kisii, Kenya. Pastor Onsonga organized pastors from Kisii and Migori for Bishop McMillan to speak with via Zoom conference calls. Additionally, Bishop McMillan met Pastor Moses Wafula from Bungoma through Facebook, who began organizing in western Kenya. NDWCF experienced rapid growth and was officially founded in 2020.

Since then, NDWCF has expanded significantly, reaching over twenty countries, primarily in East Africa, with additional districts in Seirra Leone, Liberia and Haiti.
